Today’s compliment goes to the Waking Vixen, an author, activist, and blogger who commits a lot of her energy to important women’s issues including the International Day to End Violence Against Sex Workers (December 17).
December 17th has passed and so has the International Day to End Violence Against Sex Workers, but awareness should be ongoing. I’m glad I caught on, even it if was belated, because this is an important issue for women everywhere. Violence against women no matter the circumstances is unacceptable and needs to be talked about.
Compliments to the Waking Vixen for taking the time to care and for speaking out.
