Today, as part of my Compliment Challenge, I want to compliment you, attentive reader. Over the last year and a half I’ve had moments of laziness, motivation, good writing, and bad writing (oh man, that was bad. sorry.) But regardless of my ups and downs many of you have kept coming back to read all about different dating tales and other tips and insights into the dating world that I have and I appreciate that.
So thank you (yeah you) for making me feel loved. That’s nice.
To illustrate how nice you’ve been to me I thought I would make a list of comments that have really stuck out over the last 18 months or so and compliment each one of the visitors on what they had to say.
1. On the post My Analyogy For How Much I Love You – Anonymous recently said “LMAOOOOOOO.” I’ll be honest, I didn’t know what this stood for until this day. I learned that what he or she really said was saying “Laughing My Ass Off Off Off Off Off Off Off.” Thanks Anonymous for teaching me something new.
2. Seven Ways to Compliment a Man is one of Dating Tales’ most popular post. Erica from Single Mom Finding Herself said: My guy likes it when I say, “I really appreciate you.” I think that’s the best compliment you can give a man and I’m glad Ericka shared it.
3. Orange County commented on Dating a Doctor, Pros and Cons: “My boyfriends a gyno. I was surprised to hear there is nothing sexy about what he sees daily. His job is to clean it up.”
Orange County, you’re kinda gross, but that’s awesome.
