Online dating is the best thing to happen to singles since take out Chinese food. So, because of this, I’ll periodically post about a good reason to date online and highlight a particular dating service.
Are you getting over a break-up or a divorce? Using a service like Match.com could help you move on. If it’s a rebound, a friend with benefits, or an actual friend that you are looking for, Match could help you find what you’re looking for.
Match.com is one of the most popular dating sites, and one that I’ve used several times. My experience is that there are many people on Match that aren’t necessarily looking for serious relationships. As long as you are honest in your profile about your status and your interests, I don’t think you can lose.
My only tip: be wary of anyone who says they are looking for that perfect someone. Soul mates are wonderful, but when you’re in recovery they aren’t what you need.
